am glad that i dragged my tired self out of bed this morning. And instead of the usual washing up (wash face + brush teeth), i took a shower. Felt really freshened up and energetic. I sometimes experienced short bursts of energy and creativity and this is one of those times.. except that i've decided to act on it.

Decided to do my part for Charmaine.

Yest's discussion with Mic abt flea market and bazaar sales and my previous experience with fund-raising using Zara defects brought an idea to mind. A weekend garage sale, possibly at Mic's place. I haven spoken to her abt it but I hope she's able to use one storey of her apartment (well, she stays in a 5-storey apartment block haha) to hold the sale. Anyway she's long been wanting to get rid of her 2nd-hand clothes, some new and unworn.

I'm thinking of a facebook event. Some sort of like a blogshop, only that it is a garage sale (a.k.a an event) that requires RSVP. So we would be targeting the right crowd, i.e. the working ladies. And it will be held during the weekends so shldn't be a prob for us, hopefully. This event will be spread thru' fb and word-of-mouth and by-invitation-only..since it is afterall a house and we wouldn't want random strangers entering. Preview of clothes + price can be posted on fb to attract potential buyers (maybe even do reservations?) cos' i'm sure Mic's clothings are of good quality and mostly branded lol. So they're definitely getting a good deal here.

Hopefully with the venue settled, i can also do my part to raise funds for lil' Charmaine's treatments. There're a lot more potential problems on my side. I would need to contact Chee Hong to get to Jovita again. The latter's in charge of the Zara defects so I would need to liaise with her thru' emailing and probably need to go thru' lots of verification of the authenticity of the cause. Hope she still remembers me. Getting the clothes is another prob by itself. I probably need to do so on a weekday? I'm not sure abt it but it can be worked out. And hiring a lorry to transport all the boxes again is another prob. Possibly can ask Shihui's uncle for help again.. and use their factory to store the boxes.. All these need to be worked out. If Mic's agreeable, I can start to contact Chee Hong and Shihui (she's currently overseas so I have to kp this in mind and maybe look for alternatives). Leftovers from the Zara defects can probably be sold to the garang guni to raise more funds.

Today 4 years ago was the day I was pushed into delivery ward alone.
But I came out together with my feisty little princess, Charmaine.

Today, 4 years since 14 July 2005, Charmaine just woke up happily asking, "is it my birthday today? Am I 4 years old now?"

I couldnt help but tear. It a joyous occasion. Its a happy day. I shouldnt shed a single tear but I just couldnt control myself. "Yes, its princess's birthday today and you are 4! Time to brush your teeth!"

Every 14 July from this year onwards takes a whole new meaning for me.
Its not just a birthday celebration.
Its a celebration of life, celebration of family, celebration of love.

That my feisty little princess is still here with me, jumping with joy and informing everyone its her birthday today...
That I still have my family with me on this day...
That I still can see and witness the love of my two not-so-tiny babies...

I count my blessings... I am happy even though I am crying.
Birthdays have never been so special, so meaningful and so treasured like today.

I am thankful that I am celebrating today with my feisty princess, with some of her best friends, godma and new big friends.
In fact, I am thankful for everyday with Jase and Char.
But today stands out a little more from the rest because today Char is 4.

Age used to be just a number, a number I prepare myself for a certain phase in my or their lives... 5 means kids will be in Kintergarten 1, which means its time to volunteer for Primary 1 when they turn 7... I am going to 30s, will no longer be in my twenties.

Strangely, age is not just a number anymore. Not a phase in their growing up years that I track in order to keep up with the norms... In some ways, there's no 'norms' in the unusual life of my princess Char. She's blessed with so many aunties, uncles, kor kors and jie jies' love, and that is special and priceless. THANK YOU.

This day belongs to you too. Because you made it possible.

I am learning to take one step at a time and was taught to not look too far ahead into the future of unknowns... Charmaine said it best when it comes to taking it one step at a time...

Charmaine asked me, "What is wish mommy?"
I replied, "Its what you want."
Charmaine than answered loudly, "I want to go concert, sing and dance. I want to go to school. I want to be 5 years old like Jase. I want to be tall like Kor Kor."

Given a choice, my wish for Charmaine would be for her to grow up healthy, with a doting husband, a family of lovely kids and be a happy old granny...

But I know I should take one step at a time...
Hence my wish for Charmaine would be...
[PS: Sorry. I deleted what I wrote because I strongly believe that I am a jinx when it comes to wishing out aloud. And I will not take any chances with this wish.]

I will try to be the happiest mom I can be today. I should.

Anyways, I was tasked by Mic to help her seek out dress designs for her bridal party. Supposed to help her coordinate the fittings for the girls' side :) She's bogged down by work to get down to the nitty gritty details of her wedding. Here are the top 5 dress designs that i sought out from the Internet. Mic's gonna ask a tailor from Far East to make the dresses, it's supposed to be pink and girly :)

Anyways, i've finally graduated! after 6 painful (but actually fun-filled) years! I'm so glad to have made so many good frens in my graduating batch.. sigh, will miss them lots when we start working and gradually lose contact (well, hope not)..

saw a double rainbow on the way back home with feng after having dinner at Clementi's Botak Jones.. damnnn humongous! and really pretty. the colors are so so vivid, but too bad i can only see up to blue, wadever happens to 'ding1' and purple? Admired it for a good ten mins while riding pillion on the bike :D It's like a huge semi circle that goes all the way to the ground, woo~ so nice. reminds me of the falling star i saw with feng. natural wonders of the world~

It irks me when insensitive and brainless comments are passed around at other people's expense. The flaming of the blog set up for Charmaine (http://ourfeistyprincess.blogspot.com) by the cowardly 'annoymous' is causing hurt and anger to people who genuinely care for the affected family. It's really disheartening to read all the groundless accusations being thrown at the blog administrators, maligning them for making up a weepy story of a 3 year-old contracting cancer. Very disappointing to know that there are such people around. They probably derive some kind of perverse pleasure from reading heated exchanges of comments from friends of the affected family who are angered by their lack of sensitivity.

But what goes around comes around. I believe that.

well i often read my sis's fren's blog cos' she writes well and it has become sort of a habit to look thru' her entries for my weekly dose of her life. Let's call her J. i know her in person of cos', not close but she's a good fren of my sis. yepp, anyways, this morning i checked on her blog and read a most depressing entry..

sigh.. it's abt a cute and active little girl called Charmaine (her fren's daughter) who's often featured on her blog (cute pics and videos and all) and the bad news is that Charmaine's diagnosed with a 12cm cancerous tumour in her liver.. there're lotsa follow-up on this entry and the latest one reveals that her bone marrow has traces of cancer as well.. sigh. So depressing.. I felt connected to the girl somehow cos' i read so much abt her in the blog (previous entries abt their trip to the zoo, bday celebrations etc).. Hope she can pull thru' this ordeal. It's gonna be painful cos' bone marrow extraction for tests are known to cause excrutiating pain. Just thinking abt what the little girl has to go thru' makes my heart ache, not to mention her mum. I hope she will be a survivor.

been too lazy to blog lately.. part of the reason being me not feeling well. Bloody blocked ear and nose made everything i eat seem tasteless :( Went to consult another doc this morning and got stronger medication. think i'll stick to this doc from now on, somehow he makes me feel more comfortable and answers all my questions without treating me like an over-inquisitive kid.

anyways!! i'm very sad!!! cos' i can't eat the CNY goodies... haiz.. i've been going without snacks for almost a week.. feels like cold turkey.. i think i'm depressed hahah.. and i feel very distracted cos' i can't hear properly and when ppl talk - sometimes it seems so surreal that i'll jus switch off ^^ i hate blocked ears.. it's the most uncomfortable feeling.

i hope i can sing on fri when i meet the canoeists.. bloody sore throat.. it's really painful when i swallow. the pain comes and goes, some days i feel better already and the next day it's blardy painful again. argh.

and i love feng~ cos' he made my days happy :)

i am sick again! ahhh.. shouldn't have been complacent about the whole eating-more healthily-and no-snacking shit. Must be the badminton session that made me feel like it's ok to snack again since i've gone for days without choc and heaty stuff which i love :( So.. i'm down with a sore throat again, hopefully it won't get worse. i'm desperately overdosing on vitamin C (redoxan drinks x3) and some herbal drink (x2)that is said to reduce heatiness. yep.. and using 2 spoons for eating cos' i dun wanna spread the germs.

was copying my timetable into my schedule book this morning when i really got stressed out by this sem's workload. We only have 2 modules inclusive of design, but the other module takes up so much time that we have to attend classes for 4 days in a week. bleah. 2 different lecturers for one module; 2 different tutorial sessions on different days :O I can really count the days left to generate design. So i woke up early this morning despite feeling unwell to force myself to think abt design. Came up with some ideas that reflect my concept, hopefully they go down well with my tutor. Anyway i'm so glad i got Davisi as my thesis tutor!! phew, it's been enjoyable so far :) But i need to be disciplined in producing work for discussion and not make use of her mildness :D

looking forward to the Kukup trip after interim crit one (i pray it comes to fruition cos' time's a bit tight).. da jia work hard! one more sem and we're freeeee..!!! grad trip grad trip grad trip!!!

been a while since i updated my blog, heh. Returned home from my BKK trip on the 3rd and was supposed to go for the Mayday concert the next day but i fell really sick. Vomited dinner on the day of arrival in Singapore and then had a serious case of diarrhoea the whole of next day :( must be something i ate bleah~ Anw so i gave the concert tickets to my younger sis and her frens since Shihui etc decided to give up theirs as well.

Well, there's a silver lining to all these -> my weight dropped to 42.5kg! woohoo..! haha i know. it's just water. but heck, makes me feel better already wahahha..

so... i've been playing Pet society.. trying to think abt design strategies.. cadding my 3d model in preparation for site model.. tidying up my wardrobe and living room :))) yay my dad gave us each $200 to buy new year clothes ahah.. when i've already bought quite a lot of clothes to last me a year from the BKK trip :S Hmmm, gonna get something more auspicious lalala~

After u ran for some time, U realised ppl are drinking 100plus.So u grab a 100plus instead of plain water.It taste better, plain water will not do animore.
After running a bit longer, u see ppl taking two cups of 100plus.Nabei, so u also take two cups.
At the end of the run, u r rewarded with a big bottle of 100plus.

Anyways, i was at my sister's fren's place yest to learn the art of baking. Well i was tasked to make some desserts for the X'mas parties.. and since i'm having 3 back-to-back parties from 23-25dec i figured it'd be wise to do all the desserts at one go on monday so that i can store them for the coming parties, woot! so exciting!! esp. after experimenting with fruit tarts yest with the master :P

I'm gonna make baileys-flavoured choc truffles, thumbprint cookies (which i'm gonna cheat a bit by using ready-made mix cos' of time constraint) and fruit tarts! woohoooo~ oh, and not forgetting 'baileys' dream'.. this cocktail mixture that sells for $15/glass in a cafe, hehe.. the recipe that i got was simple enough :)

thumbprint cookies with chopped hazelnut and strawberry jam, hmm, thinking of substituting with nutella cos' it goes damn well with hazelnut :))))

Right now it's all shrouded with mystique and romance cos' i've never been there.. saw some really dreamy pictures of the Bavarian castle in sinyee's blog and the X'mas decorations at some marketplace in Germany.. ahhh.. it's such a fantasy now. but i hope to be there someday :)

i'd really love a long stay in a Western country.. just to get a taste of life on the other side. To sit at a cafe and watch people whizz by.. "all the world's a stage".. and enjoy the slower pace of life. It wouldn't be just wishful thinking, i hope.

went to the Fossil private sale at suntec yest with Shihui.. we spent a back-breaking, knee-buckling record waiting time of 5hrs(!!!) to get into the convention room ---> and that's when the real battle for the watches begin. hahahah.. i've learnt that u really need to be aggressive in order to get to the front of the counter where u can actually touch the watches.. i think i was stuck for over 20mins behind the first row of seasoned bargain-hunters (the filipinos who came specially to the sale every year cos' these things are cheap compared to home) before i can stick my feeble hand out from in between their waists to touch the watches. I was looking for a specific watch which feng likes - the Chronograph Black Dial - so i was praying that the right tray of watches comes my way (the ppl at the counter will swap the trays periodically and it's pure luck that something nice gets passed down cos' everyone refused to budge for fear of being pushed back into the crowd).. haha.. wad an experience. but it was all worth it cos' i got a really really cool watch at a freaking good deal! well, it wasn't the exact one that feng chose (thus he's a teeny bit disoriented when he first receives it) but i guess it's more classy and fit for work? hee.. the one he chose was more sporty-cool and the one i bought was chic-cool.. so.. i hope he likes it like wad he says keke..

anyways Shihui went home a really happy girl cos' she got 3 watches (2 fossil, 1 michael kors) for the price of 2! hahah.. it was really a freak accident! she decided while making payment that she only wanted 2 of the 3 watches so she striked the price off the receipt which we're supposed to give to the cashier for payment. And since different ppl are in charge of payment and collection, the person getting our watches probably overlooked the carbon copy of the receipt and got us all the watches listed! Shihui keep saying that it's Fossil's X'mas gift for her, bleah!

yipee! just read sinyee's blog, glad that she's having fun travelling in Europe and getting used to living and working in Frankfurt :))) i'm so envious! sucha globalized job! hope to go Germany while she's still stationed there so can have free accomodation hohoho..

anyways. met davisi today for consultation. still working on the planning and design strategies as related to my concept and program, i guess she was ok with wad i presented but i needa work on the line of argument still.. yep.. i like her working style and way of tutoring - just the right amount of stress to push us along gently but surely :D

we were slacking in the dds after consultation when Firus psychoed us to set up our own workstations in the level 1 studio space (where the ID ppl used to be).. the four of us (me, feng, yanling, firus) spent 1.5hrs clearing up the trash etc.. the guys did much more cos' they had to carry the trash out many times and bring in the tables, keke.. great job!!

yanling found some random pieces of trash and named them after us! -_-

It was alr 7plus when we went off for dinner. me and feng went to check out 'Dracula', a Romanian food stall in a coffeeshop near Queensway shopping centre which is featured in the Channel U show. True to wad the online reviews said, the food is an acquired taste that takes some getting used to. Well it actually reminds me of the shawama burger i used to have while working in four seasons hotel and eating the leftovers, hurhurr.. There's something Turkish abt the food; must be the multi-cultural influences. i would say the crisp prata-like bread that comes with my pork sausage is divine while the sausage itself tastes, well.. exotic, hahaha.. kinda bitter and marsh-y with all the meaty bits. The potato salad is different in taste (more sour) and really fattening ^^

been busy going out and actually enjoying the hols hahah.. anyway i managed to get a refund from airasia in terms of a credit shell (wadever that is), which means i can change destination or date of flight within 3 months and the travel date can be out of these 3 months. wee~ so now feng will just hold on to his 11dec tix and see if he can get the credit shell as well, in the case of closure of airport. If not he'll have to postpone his flight and pay the price difference. well, we'll see how it goes :D

seems like quite a no. of archi frens are organising X'mas parties this year, gonna spend alot of $$$ on gift exchanges ^^ Squaddies will probably have a get-together on x'mas eve as well, woo~

anyways. just got to know some things that i wouldn't like to know about a fren. argh. the world is so complicated. relationships are so complex. keep it simple la. -_-

wokie.. the BKK international airport has been forced into closure by the anti-govt protestors.. which means the ACAU workshop is cancelled.. which means i have to cancel my flight due in 2 days.. which means i have to go down to the airasia counter in Changi airport tmr to hopefully get a full refund *pray*

Still thinking whether feng shld cancel or postpone his tix cos he's going at a later date but i dunno when the 'indefinite' closure will be until. Davisi speculated that it can't be long since the protestors are ppl like her who hold jobs and can't possibly wait out in the airport for too long a period. What i understand from her is that BKK is full of segregations - not only is their land segregated; their ppl are also segregated into the corrupted politicians who are at the top rung of the ladder, the educated middle class who despise the corrupted and tried to protest against them and the ignorant civilians at the lowest rung who will still vote for the corrupted govt cos' they dun understand the situation well enough. Hmmm.. one word: messy.

Actually.. in spite of all these that has happened, i'm a teeny bit relieved.. cos' i'm really not-very-excited to go on a 10-day workshop and deal with brainstorming and submissions all over again right after crit. so, yea. But it's just a waste of money (i'm assuming that i can't get a full refund from lousy airasia and have to postpone to a later date and pay the price difference) and time (since i've alr started packing and made several adjustments in meetups to accomodate my trip). Boohoo. Well, i'm not apathetic to the political situation la, just felt that sometimes it's scary that something so right can turn out so wrong, or made to seem so wrong. The protestors - i dun think they're at fault for being proactive at instilling changes in the corrupted govt, but the way they go about doing it effectively is actually detrimental to the country's economy. It's all give and take really. You want changes; you have to pay for it. The corrupt can sound so righteous and the righteous can seem so barbaric.

... what to do? i have no idea.

Anyways. it's totally out of point but i had fun yesterday aft crit!! wee..! I've nv before felt really really relieved after the last day of school but yesterday i just felt that there's nothing in the world that can stop me from having fun. It's a weird feeling, but still, refreshing. Went for a 6h KTV session (8pm - 2am) with feng, regina, ck, layhar, xinying and joanne after abt 2h of table tennis at the student lounge :D Managed to sing 2 hokkien songs! haha!

And today i'll be meeting a huge grp of archimates cos' wingchi organised a Korean BBQ dinner at the yummy restaurant opp har pau villa! I only went there once and i still crave for its BBQ beef wrapped in fresh lettuce *slurps* Tmr i'll meet up for dinner with the canoeists, omg i haven met them in ages.. like half a yr? i missed the crazy KTV sessions when we'll jump on the couches to scream and pretend to be superstars :D We'd wanted to hold a cosy steamboat dinner but lazy as we are, it was scraped for order-in to weng's office, hurhurr.. happyyy..

i need a haircut really badly. Heard from regina and ck that a bottle of dirt-cheap alcohol in Korea (abt 1 buck tops) sells for $24 in a Korean restaurant in Far East Plaza *kwa kwa* What exactly are we paying for? Freight fees probably.

i digressed. My next bkk trip is on the 28nov! 2 days after interim crit II and i'll be leaving on a jet~~star~~plane to the land of smiles for a one-week urban design workshop that deals with re-engaging the canals of bkk. Then after that i'll extend my stay for abt one more week to do my detailed site analysis of the Chatuchak weekend market :S wow.. 28nov - 15dec..a total of 17 days, almost 3 times the no. of days for my first trip.. hope i won't go broke :D

Guardians are meticulous about schedules and have a sharp eye for proper procedures. They are cautious about change, even though they know that change can be healthy for an institution. Better to go slowly, they say, and look before you leap.

Guardians make up as much as 40 to 45 percent of the population, and a good thing, because they usually end up doing all the indispensable but thankless jobs the rest of us take for granted. (hahaha.. sounds damn sad la, "thankless jobs"..)

Analysis of Provider:

Friendly, outgoing, neighborly - in a word, Providers are gregarious, so much so that they can become restless when isolated from people. They love to talk with others, and will often strike up a conversation with strangers and chat pleasantly about any topic that comes to mind. Friendships matter a great deal to Providers, and their conversations with friends often touch on good times from years past. Family traditions are also sacred to them, and they carefully observe birthdays and anniversaries. In addition, Providers show a delightful fascination with news of their friends and neighbors. If we wish to know what's been going on in the local community, school, or church, they're happy to fill us in on all the details.

Providers are extremely sensitive to the feelings of others, which makes them perhaps the most sympathetic of all the types, but which also leaves them somewhat self-conscious, that is, highly sensitive to what others think of them. The jobs that suit a Guardian Provider:

The Guardian type known as the Provider (ESFJ) is sometimes known as the “Santa Claus” personality since they are generally well-liked and notice whenever situations become “naughty or nice.” They provide for the welfare of many and usually show well-developed social skills. They are happiest in positions where they need to deal with people. It is not uncommon to find them in health care, as a physician, nurse, or respiratory therapist. The common theme is their service to others. (why all sound like sai gang to me...)

Squaddies at Giraffe!

happieee.. wad a good break from work yest ^^

i had my schedule lined up yest for a morning jog with my pri sch mates, AR project discussion in town, collection of race pack for the Reebok Pink Ribbon, shopping and dinner with squaddies.

Hur, and i screw up the time from the beginning ahahah.. was supposed to meet pps and kt at 930am at Yishun lib.. kt called me at 940am and caught me sleeping (-_-!) Apparently she went back home to call us aft waiting for a while cos she knew we'd overslept. I jumped up from my bed and ran all the way to the lib (well, it's across the road and a few blocks away only la) and reached there by 10am. waited for pps for a while, ha.. she took her time to walk there *bleah* Anyways, we finally met at the top of the hill at the back of the lib. Kt has alr ran a few rounds and was resting at the bench when we went up. So me and pps ran a few rounds round the 400m hillpath and we buay tahan alr. The scorching heat at 10plus in the morning was really unbearable, ahaha.. damn loserish la, we ended up chatting at the bench again. pps went for a few more rounds before we decided to call it a day. hahaha.. at this rate we're going i think we have to wind up our sunday slow jog club, hur.

Anyhows. it was still better than nothing la. We then had yummy toast and fruit juice at the coffeeshop :)

Went back home to change before reaching cine, finally met my dear! hahah.. haven seen him in 3 days cos he was busy with the KOF comp *hugs*.. Anyways, we had our discussion in some Gloria cafe outside cine, it was super noisy cos there's some f1 roadshow going on.. keke, wrong choice of location - we were all shouting over the emcee's voice to get our ideas across. Still, we managed to finalize the lil bits of the project so i guess everything went quite smoothly :D We ended our discussion at abt 3pm and there's still some time to while away with feng before i have to meet jess and he has to go back to work on the KOF thingy :)

Later on, me and jess collected our Reebok Pink Ribbon goodie bags at wisma. no queue at all so it was a breeze. I heard from my sis (she was working to give out the bags on sat) that there are guys taking part, well it's not surprising for a breast cancer walk but the thing is, watever that's in the goodie bags are totally useless to them, hahah.. there's feminine wipes, a sanitary pad, pretty bra-straps from Wacoal.. u get the drift. Jess dun wanna be seen carrying the obiang hot pink bag around so she stuff hers in my bag! boo~

We were shopping for a gift so we went centrept to check out the woollen scarves, saw this 100% cashmere scarf that is within budget, so we KIV-ed til squaddies arrived and finally bought it. Xy was also searching for the perfect dress for her company's DnD so we had a look at a piece she has been eyeing. Well it was nice, elegant and all but super over-budget :( It doesn't help that the salesgirl was rather pushy and kinda using xy as a model for another client cos she was doning the dress.. like err.. she keep asking xy to step out of the dressing room just so that the other client can have a good look at the dress. duh~ just thot it was rude, the way she does it. We left the place without buying.

We decided to have dinner at Giraffe (the expensive-looking standalone pavilion opp PS) and had a pleasant surprise cos the ambience was really impressive and the price affordable. There're different spatial experiences for different spaces that u choose to dine at - there's the table at the glass deck extended over the pool so u can see water beneath ur feet as u dine, there's comfy couches at the balcony that looks out to the atrium at PS and there're tables and couches within the pavilion in aircon comfort.

We had a fun time bitching and eating and enjoying the view, hmm, too bad the food wasn't as impressive as the place --> initially we were wondering how come they charge so little for the food considering the location and spatial quality of the place, we soon knew why aft tasting the food. hah.. maybe they shld consider changing the chef.

After having our not-very-satisfying dinner, we went to PS to chill. Managed to find the perfect dress for xy (credits to gen) at BLUM & Co. This shop has some really nice dresses; u just have to treasure hunt a lil. Heard that it's the one that loans or sponsors clothes to our newscasters. Anyway the clothes are really unique, only one piece for one size. Yepp, xy was damn pleased with her buy. It was a prettily-printed silk dress that is champagne in color and has a very flattering hemline, and most impt of all, it's way within her $200 budget :D

To end the day, we had drinks at secret recipe (too full from Giraffe) with gen's Diners' secret recipe card, ahah.. we're a bunch of savvy shoppers ^^

i've been a good girl recently. i did my thesis research and had some hands-on experience online :D

so enough of the 'hard' work. time to do some serious work... like archi prac assignments hahaha.. hey i lurrrve that module.. hahaha.. makes me feel like an adult. okie i sound damn un-adultish saying that. anyhows i think i really learn alot today, aft meeting my group for proj discussion. i think NUS archi grads really cmi.. as compared to poly students.. the kinda technical drawings they are able to produce is out of the question for us. i know we'll probably get away with saying that this kinda tech drawings we can always figure out later.. and it's not really important design-wise. but it just reflects the level of understanding of how things work. boohoo.. how to survive.. no skills no rice bowl *sniff*

but i'm quite keen to learn, hoho.. so see how it goes :)

and i'm going BKK from 5-10oct!! i'm nervous! gonna do site studies in a foreign land without a guide! 3 girls wandering aimlessly in BKK land of smilesss.. and of cos lotsa shopping :D Another exciting thing: Davisi (my tutor) probably wants us to go back to BKK again in dec and stay for a longer period - she has a shophouse for us - and do a more in-depth study of the place! i'm feeling a lil stress mixed with excitement! :)))
